Humberto gets it right

Humberto Cruz is one of the country's leading financial columnists. You can see why in his article Time will run out Aug. 31 on savings bond exchange (the link is to an article dated August 14 on the web site of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which carries Cruz's column). In this column he covers all the major points of the upcoming fade out of Series HH Savings Bonds - including who might benefit from an exchange, as well as the point that the benefits are few for most of us.
