Paper Savings Bonds through internet banking

For several years I have bought Savings Bonds for my grandchildern. The past couple of years I did it online and thought it was a peice of cake. Now I am at a loss as to how to do it. Can you instruct me how to buy paper EE Savings Bonds online? Tom's response Since launching electronic bonds on TreasuryDirect, the Treasury no longer sells paper Savings Bonds online, however, some banks do. There's a list here of banks that provide this service.
