Value of Defense Bond stamp albums

I have found several Defense Bond stamp albums. Is there any value to these? Tom's response Ok, this one stumped me. But my sources at the Bureau of Public Debt tell me that these World War II era stamp albums are worth their face value and can be redeemed by sending them to: Bureau of the Public Debt 200 Third Street Parkersburg, VA 26106-1328 They can be redeemed for cash or used to the extent of their value in partial payment for a Savings Bond.
